Hachioji was called &#8220;Soto(Mulberry City)&#8221; because of its flourishing silk cultivation and fabrics.<br>This certified story tells the history of the city of Hachioji from Sengoku period (15-17C), when the warlord Hojo Ujiteru ruled the area as a lord of Takiyama Castle and Hachioji Castle, to the present and future, through connection with Mt.
